The PIPA 300 Property Club is an exclusive community of like minded Property Investors. Our ethos is to provide a positive and supportive forum environment, to help you achieve your property investment goals.

We do this through having a capped membership of just 300 members and by adopting a few basic rules around being open and professional. For example all members use their Full names rather than nicknames so that everyone knows who they are dealing with. 

As a result the members to get to know each other better and build higher levels of trust, support and learning. Inevitably this leads to Joint ventures and exchanging of leads and skills between members.

Robert Clark  and other lead sellers currently post their Qualified, Uncontacted, and Ready-Made Deal/leads on the forum, and we are exploring other ways to use the forum to work closer together.

Investors comment that they often post information or questions that they do not feel comfortable posting on other larger forums and there are some cracking deal journals from investors sharing their experiences good and bad in the 'Deal Diary' Section. Other features are templates such as deal analyzers and leafleting adverts/contracts, and competitions and awards.
